Today is the feast day of the Guardian Angels. As a child we were taught that our angels were always with us. As I have grown into adulthood (and then some) I KNOW that I have been helped and protected by mine. There have been far too many situations when I was "rescued" or when the answer to a troubling situation finally became clear…and on and on and on.
I don't believe in "chance."
Can you think of a time when you were struggling/ uncertain/ afraid…. and suddenly (or gradually) the situation was remedied….and there was no earthly explanation for it?
Have you ever had the feeling that something was holding you in peace in the midst of tremendous turmoil?
Perhaps we can all take the time to be more aware of these heavenly creatures by really paying attention.
Joan Wester Anderson has written several excellent books on true angel experiences. If you have never read one, I encourage you to take one of them out of the library and treat yourself to the manyso many documented angel encounters
