NEW YEAR'S R-E-S-O-L-U-T-I-O-N-S
Ah, yes, those wonderful promises we make to ourselves (and the universe). We're gonna jump into the New Year with all the best intentions....to eat right, exercise more, make a daily gratitude list, accept people and situations as they are, be POSITIVE...etc, etc, etc.
Indeed we all do it. If you are someone who has never burdened yourself with these promises, forgive me for including you in the list. :) Anyway, let's face it; we all have good intentions. And actually I think it kind of gives us the opportunity to say "Ok, new year, fresh slate, heeeeeere we go." Certainly not a bad thing, don't you agree?
